Dr. Owsley and Dr. Harberts are both currently taking new patients. Both doctors work with patients of all ages and abilities, please note that we do not have interpreters on site. Please let us know prior to your exam if you need an interpreter. Our office specializes in comprehensive eye exams and contact lens exams**, but the doctors also routinely perform exams, diagnoses, and referrals for a variety of eye conditions such as cataracts or Lasik surgery.
