What you should know about your insurance...
-
It is important to know the name of your insurance carrier.
-
For medical procedures (ie. treating eye infections, foreign body removal, etc...) your medical insurance can be billed.
-
For routine vision exams, the majority of plans will have separate vision provider.
-
-
Make sure to bring with you to your appointment any insurance cards that you have been provided.
-
If you're not sure if you have a separate vision carrier, it is important to contact your insurance provider before your exam.
-
Unfortunately we cannot be providers for every insurance program. If we are not contracted with your insurance carrier, we are happy to provide you with an insurance receipt for reimbursment.
-
We are in network for the following insurance companies. Please note, if you do not see your insurance listed, we may still be able to bill them. Please call to find out. However, out of network billing can result in higher co-pays for you.
